Collaborate with me!

My intention in creating this space is to connect with other leaders who are grapping with similar challenges and seeking data based strategies that lead to student outcomes.  I want to collaborate with other school leaders who want to improve student experience—and want to do it with student voice, intentionality, and excellence.  

 

My work is grounded in applied social science and practice-based research. I support our team to use student voice and data to intentionally redesign adult practices—and then measure and adjust course. 

 

I work with teams to dig into challenges like: 

• “We have this data/information, but we don’t know what to do with it.”

• “We’re investing in culture, but nothing is moving.”

• “We want to center student voice without overwhelming staff or creating chaos.”

• “Our teachers are working hard but not seeing increased student outputs.  Why not?”
